If you like your Leeds dining experiences to stray slightly off the beaten path, there’s an exciting event coming to the city centre that may just appeal to you.
The ‘Dining in the Dark’ experience at Wagamama is aiming to provide Leeds-based foodies with something a little bit different, whilst raising awareness and much-needed cash for a fantastic cause.
Diners will be blindfolded for the duration of their three course meal as they test out Wagamama’s brand new menu. The reason why? Well, the event is being organised in aid of the Guide Dogs charity and should allow diners to experience some of the challenges people with sight loss encounter every day. Going into a restaurant for a sit-down meal is something we all take for granted, but for some it can require more forward-planning than others.
So, if you love noodles and want to raise some cash for a good cause, you can buy tickets now at the bargain price of £20 for adults and £10 for kids (that is good value for three courses).
The event will be held at the Wagamama on Park Row on Monday May 16th between 6.30pm and 9pm.
