Having been lucky enough to do a Q & A recently with Russell (which you can read here), we know he produces unfussy, innovative and delicious food. In this cookbook, he offers 140 recipes for you to try out, including some of our favourites like crispy pizzas with prosciutto and rocket and linguine with clams.
