Here at Leeds Foodie, we are big fans of Norse and the Scandi food it offers the people of Yorkshire (and in particular Harrogate!).
Ambitious foodies may well feel inspired to take on the challenge of cooking in this style after eating some of the dishes on offer at Norse, but may feel they need support in achieving these lofty heights. Fortunately, head chef Murray Wilson has given up some of his time to run cooking lessons at Cooks, the Carlton School of Food (albeit for £140 per person).
The course gives participants the opportunity to create a four course Scandi themed menu which they can then enjoy with some paired wines. The day long course should provide an intimate experience as only 10 people are allowed to attend.
The price to attend is obviously not cheap, but this could be the perfect early Valentines Day present for the foodie in your life if you have some cash to splash after Christmas!
