For those of you who live in Yorkshire and are looking for a family day out, Harrogate may be the place for you this week! Running from this Thursday (19th November) to Sunday (22nd November) between 10am and 8pm (5pm on the Sunday), this wonderful market offers something special for foodies and families in Yorkshire.

With the usual range of great food and drink available, including festive favourites such as mulled wine and roast chestnuts, there’ll also be the chance to pick up some Christmas pressies to take home.

You’ll also find kids’ clothes on sale, a health and beauty tent, and funfair rides making up some of the 190 stalls.

Taking place in the Montpellier Quarter on the Stray, you can also extend your stay and hang around on the Thursday between 4pm and 6pm to watch the Harrogate Christmas lights being switched on – an event that is sure to get you in the festive mood!
