We’ve previously been fortunate enough to attend a Punjabi masterclass at Zouk in Manchester, so we know that it’s a really nice location for grabbing a few pre-dinner drinks to complement your Indian curry night, and we can say with confidence that their decision to add a range of sparkling champagne cocktails and summer drinks to their spring/summer menu is a good idea!

The menu launches on 1st March and boasts such delights as a cool, crisp champagne cocktail livened up by rose petal liquor, Campari, and fresh blueberries, and a Mojito Bellini with rum, lime, and a touch of fresh mint.

You’ll also find long cocktails on the menu, which should go down nicely when the sun is setting on the outdoor terrace at Zouk’s Manchester restaurant. The long cocktails section of the menu includes the Bollywood Bling, a sling with Ophir gin, infused with delicate spices with house soda, lemon, and Cointreau.

If wine is more your thing, then that’s not a problem either at Zouk; you can get hold of a glass of Merlot from Central Valley in Chile or perhaps a glass of Sauvignon Blanc from Chile.
