Whatever your thoughts on chain restaurants, there’s no denying that PizzaExpress is a popular choice with families. Kid-friendly but also appealing to groups of friends on a night out and couples on a date, you know what you’re getting at this pizza chain.
Now, pizza lovers are gearing up for another new opening, this one at White Rose shopping centre. The restaurant, which will seat 140 people, will create 45 new jobs for Leeds folk.
You may not know (we didn’t until we read the press release) that each PizzaExpress restaurant is designed individually and often takes influences from the local area. In the case of the White Rose branch, the design uses materials and patterns from Leeds’ textile and cloth industry past.
Ashley Grove, manager of PizzaExpress Leeds White Rose, said: “We have a beautiful new restaurant and can’t wait to show it off to our customers. We have a friendly and enthusiastic team who are looking forward to welcoming everyone over a delicious pizza”.
If you fancy trying out some of the restaurant’s new menu offerings (perhaps the Formaggi 65 pizza cheese delight or the new pudding, small doughnut balls with a jam centre) then head down to the White Rose branch. Leeds Foodie readers can take advantage of this money off voucher (simply print out and take to the restaurant).
