BangWok: Thai street food sensation set to hit Leeds

Leeds isn’t without its decent Thai dining options, what with Sukhothai and Chaophraya, plus Jinos up in Headingley all appealing to different audiences.

What we have been missing, though, is some decent Thai street food.

That’s all set to change this week, when BangWok opens up in a railway arch on Sovereign Place. BangWok have enjoyed stints in Trinity Kitchen before but now bring us Leeds folk a permanent offering, which is great news for anyone who has tried their pad Thai before!

If you can make it down for their launch at midday on 7th May, you might be lucky enough to snaffle some free pad Thai. If not, stay tuned to the blog, as we’ll be heading down soon for lunch, which will be followed by a full review!
